By requesting the free landlord toolkit, you gave the following consent:

"I explicitly consent to receive free landlord tools, market updates, and commercial promotional offers from Emily Loomis at Listed & Leased (Kizmett Realty & Management Ltd). I can withdraw my consent at any time."

This consent covers email and SMS delivery of landlord tools, Alberta market updates, and commercial offers about leasing services. It does not authorize unrelated third parties to contact you.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the brokerage team and our CRM provider, strictly to deliver the services you requested.

Withdraw consent anytime

You can withdraw your consent to receive commercial messages at any time, without giving a reason. Any of these methods works immediately:

1-click unsubscribe link in every email we send.
Reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message from us.
Email us at hello@listedandleased.ca and we'll remove you within 10 business days.

Withdrawing consent stops future commercial messages. It does not affect services already booked, your tenancy agreement, or any legal obligations under the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Retention & your rights

We retain your contact information only as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to meet brokerage record-keeping requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address above.
